PROJECT DETAILS: A historic building, once the first Federal Reserve Bank of New Jersey. Most recently, a New Orleans themed restaurant for the past 30 years, this site was completely renovated into an Irish Pub. This was a major renovation which included full interior re-build, removal of old hazardous staircase, addition of a bar, relocation of bars, modern lighting systems, and more. The project was completed within budget and timeline.
